Shen Academy delivers karate, boxing, kickboxing, MMA and self-defence programs into schools across the North West Coast of Tasmania, from Devonport to Smithton and Queenstown. Fees start from $150 per session and instructors are qualified and insured.

Self-Defence
Engaging, practical self-defence workshops built around awareness, distance and confidence rather than fear.
Boxing & Fitness
Pads, footwork and conditioning. Gets a whole year level moving and burns off a term's worth of energy.
Karate
Stances, technique and the discipline side of traditional karate, delivered in a format that holds a class's attention.
Kickboxing & MMA
Kickboxing classes and MMA sessions for older students, with conditions depending on the group and the venue.
