The deep end, at your depth
Duelling Dragons is built for people ready to push their limits and test their skills — but the door is wider than that sounds. Serious challengers wanting a full-contact, full-commitment experience train here. So do people dipping a toe into mixed martial arts for the first time.
Whether you want to compete, learn self-defence that holds up under pressure, or level up a game you already have, this is where that work happens.
Intensity. Skill. Discipline. Action. Don't hold back.
What a session looks like
- Striking — hands, elbows, knees, kicks
- Grappling and ground work
- Clinch work and takedowns
- Live drilling against a resisting partner
- Conditioning built for full rounds
- Full-contact work for those training to compete
Who it suits
- First-timers wanting to try mixed martial arts
- Strikers or grapplers wanting the other half of the game
- Anyone chasing self-defence that works under pressure
- Competitors wanting full-contact preparation
